Summit Sunrise Energy Co., Ltd (the "Company") has duly been registered on 12 July 2007 having Sumitomo Corporation and Sumitomo Corporation Thailand as shareholders representing 75% and 25% of the total shares issued respectively

The objectives of the Company ar divided into two nature of business as follow;
1) Investment in Thailand power industry in botth green-field project and existing asset; and
2) Project development in Southeast and Southwest Asian countries

An industrial estate developer, Amata Corporation PCL. was listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1997 under the name Bangpakong Industrial Park 2 (BIP 2), which has recently been changed to Amata Corporation PCL.

The company is currently the developer of 3 industrial estates:

Amata Nakorn, located on KM 57 of Bangna-Trad highway in Chonburi Province with a total area of 12,000 rai.
Amata City, located on Highway no. 331, Pluakdaeng District, in Rayong Province with a total area of 6,000 rai
Amata City Bien Hoa Industrial Estate Vietnam, located in Dong Nai Province, 25 km north-east of Ho Chi Minh City and on the Highway no. 1, which is the main link to the capital city of Hanoi. The initial area of development is 129 hectares (approximately 806 rai).
